How do I join?
- Call scheduling and ask to be added to the Teen Depression/Anxiety Group with Michelle Littrell
- Ask your doctor to refer you to the group
This group will help you learn how to:
- Cope with feelings of depression and/or anxiety
- Problem solve
- Use relaxation techniques when feeling anxious or stressed
- Build self-esteem
- Get better sleep
What should I expect?
- A different topic each month
- A chance for each group member to suggest a question or topic that would be helpful to discuss
- Group discussion and idea sharing
- Time to practice skills learned in group
