Why do you want to work for CHCW? I want to work for CHCW because this organization has provided excellent care for myself and my family, and I want to provide that same high level of care for other families in our community. I am very proud to work for an organization that values holistic care in the way that CHCW does. The inclusion of WIC, case management, dental, behavioral health, and holistic pain management/CUD treatment arenecessary to provide optimal care for our community, and fit beautifully within my own philosophy of care — physical health is only one piece of the puzzle of wellness, and the best care aims to address as many pieces as possible for the patient.
I aspire to..build a practice of integrated physical and psychosocial health and wellness to create a healthy, happy community that I can be proud to raise my daughter in.
