Why do you want to work for CHCW? Before residency I worked as a substitute teacher, teaching kindergarten to 12th grade as well as working as a sales associate at a tire and wheel shop.

Hobbies: Playing volleyball
Playing the drums
Hiking

I aspire to..Be a compassionate and skilled family physician who provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages, while also pursuing specialized training in sports medicine to treat athletic injuries and help patients maintain active lifestyles.

Why do you want to work for CHCW?
I chose CHCW because I sensed a culture of kindness, teamwork, and connectedness among the residents, faculty, and staff. As someone who grew up in the Pacific Northwest and has family in Yakima, I was drawn to the opportunity to train in a community that feels like home. Being able to care for the people of this region, which is so familiar to me, is truly meaningful.
Being an unopposed residency program, This will allow me to gain exposure to a diverse range of patients and health issues. Over the next three years, I’ll be able to further expand my skillset across the full scope of family medicine. I’m excited about the hands-on and well-rounded training experience at CHCW.
